Jones Day advised J.F. Lehman & Company and Hill City Capital in their participation in a consortium with Apollo for the acquisition of Atlas Air Worldwide (NASDAQ: AAWW) in an all cash transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $5.2 billion. As a result of the transaction completion, Atlas Air Worldwide’s common stock no longer trades on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
