Jones Day represented a large regional medical provider in a False Claims Act investigation conducted by the Department of Justice and Eastern District of Pennsylvania regarding alleged upcoding, medical necessity and Stark Law violations. The Firm persuaded the DOJ to close its investigation and decline to intervene.
