Motorola Solutions resolves patent infringement claims involving mobile communications technologies

Client(s) Motorola Solutions, Inc.

Jones Day represented Motorola Solutions, Inc. against claims of infringement of four patents directed to mobile communications technologies in the Eastern District of Texas. Motorola asserted counterclaims for misappropriation of Motorola's trade secrets and filed IPR petitions for two of the patents-in-suit. The parties resolved the matter through settlement.
