Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company in the sale of its Vidal Sassoon hair care consumer products business to Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. P&G’s Vidal Sassoon business currently operates in the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong.
