Jones Day advised Diraq Pty Ltd, a global leader in quantum computing based on silicon quantum dots, in relation to its $22 million Series A2 Capital Raising led by global quantum technology specialist fund Quantonation, with follow-on investments by Main Sequence, Taronga Ventures, Uniseed, UniSuper, Co:Act Capital and foundation shareholder and research partner, UNSW.
