ING Bank refinances acquisition of two logistic assets located in Piacenza and Broni (Pavia)

Jones Day provided advice to ING Bank, Milan branch, as mandated lead arranger, agent, green structuring coordinator, and original lender, in relation to a facilities agreement executed with PATRIZIA for the refinancing of the acquisition of two logistic assets located in Piacenza and Broni (Pavia). The financing is labeled as “Green Loan” based on the energy performance of the logistic assets as certified by the relevant Class A3 energy performance certificates and in compliance with the Green Loan Principles issued by the Loan Market Association as of February 2023.
