Praemia Reim acquires new residential healthcare facility in Ponsacco

Jones Day advised Praemia REIM Italy SGR S.p.A., as the external manager of the Sicaf “Italian Healthcare Fund II SICAF in Gestione Esterna S.p.A.” in the acquisition of a new senior nursing home facility (RSA) in the municipality of Ponsacco (Pisa), Tuscany. The property was sold to the Sicaf by Immobilmarca S.p.A. (Carron Group). The asset, from the date of acquisition, has been entrusted for management through a lease agreement to Gruppo Gheron S.r.l.
