Jones Day advised Range Sports, LLC, an affiliate of Range Media Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Precision Events Group, Inc. d/b/a Impact Sports + Entertainment, which will operate as a newly formed hospitality and experiences division of Range Sports branded Range Access.
