Jones Day assisted the Flemish Community, a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium, in connection with the issuance of €1.5 billion 2.750% Fixed Rate Notes due 22 October 2029 under the €40 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes are listed on Euronext Brussels as of 16 October 2024.
