Jones Day advised a syndicate of 47 financial institutions, led by Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Paris Branch, (with Rabobank as the facility agent), in connection with a new $660 million sustainability linked revolving credit facility provided to Louis Dreyfus Company Suisse S.A.

Louis Dreyfus Company is a leading merchant and processor of agricultural goods, making up about 10% of the world's agricultural product trade flows. Jones Day has acted on their European syndicated bank financings on an annual basis since 2019.
