Jones Day is advising BayWa Aktiengesellschaft (BayWa AG) in the €176 million sale of its rounded 47.53% indirectly held stake in RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Aktiengesellschaft (RWA AG) to an affiliated company of the co-shareholder RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria Handel und Vermögensverwaltung eGen (RWA eGen).
