Jones Day advised Sky Island Capital in the formation of Sky Island Capital II LP ("Sky Island Capital II"), which closed with $300 million of commitments. Sky Island Capital II seeks to purchase controlling equity investments in privately held businesses which generally have between $5 million and $15 million of EBITDA and headquartered in North America.
