Bosch pursues trademark infringement charges against resellers of fake products

Jones Day successfully represented Robert Bosch GmbH in several trademark infringement criminal proceedings launched against various resellers of fake Bosch branded products. The Firm also provided pre-litigation advice involving a former employee who is claiming additional remuneration for patents filed by Robert Bosch on which he is designated as the inventor.
