Ronan Casey advises on construction and real estate matters across a variety of sectors including student housing, office, residential, and retail. He has experience in real estate development, real estate finance, and construction disputes.

Ronan's recent experience includes advising Cortland LLP on its second and third build-to-rent schemes in the United Kingdom. He has represented a broad range of clients including Greystar Real Estate Partners, CIT Group Partners, Oxenwood Real Estate, and Cain International, among others.
