Jack Clifford practices corporate law, with a focus on private equity and M&A. He has acted on a variety of high-value UK and cross-border transactions for public and private clients including private equity firms, management teams, and fund vehicles.

Jack's recent experience includes advising: True Capital Ltd in connection with the formation of True Capital III LP, its third closed-ended fund; Goldman Sachs and The Wellcome Trust on the £4.66 billion sale of the UK-focused iQ Student Accommodation to Blackstone; and J.F. Lehman in its acquisition of Global Marine Group.
