Caitlin M.Dunnett

Caitlin Dunnett represents clients in complex arbitration proceedings and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her pretrial litigation experience includes fact investigation, drafting pleadings, motions practice, and general discovery matters.

Caitlin maintains an active pro bono practice, furthering the Firm's Human Trafficking Expungement Initiative by working with victims of human trafficking to obtain expungement of their criminal records. She participates in the Cleveland's Right to Counsel program, which provides free legal representation to low-income tenants facing eviction. Caitlin also represents Jones Day on the Leadership Council of Engage Cleveland, a community organization for young professionals and business leaders.
