Jennifer Del Medico is an experienced litigator who defends clients in cutting-edge litigations in state and federal courts. Her active caseload includes product liability lawsuits, class actions, and mass tort chapter 11 proceedings. She has substantial experience prosecuting and defending trade secrets cases, as well as filing and defending against applications for emergent injunctive relief.
Jennifer's practice also includes defending pharmaceutical and health care companies in False Claims Act (FCA) matters, as well as in government investigations of allegations related to kickbacks and off-label marketing.
Jennifer has extensive experience planning, implementing, and managing electronic discovery projects in the United States and abroad relating to potential and active litigations. She has been responsible for managing teams of hundreds of lawyers in executing major discovery projects on time and within budget.
Jennifer maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in immigration court and in conjunction with applications to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She has obtained deferred action, family unity benefits, and asylum for pro bono clients.
