Nicholas D'Andrea focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. Before joining Jones Day in 2024, Nicholas clerked on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and interned on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Nicholas formerly practiced as a patent agent at a boutique law firm where he prepared and prosecuted domestic, international, and foreign patent applications. He has experience working with clients in a variety of technology fields, including utility equipment, power grid, food and beverage, and educational software.
Additionally, Nicholas has experience in government contracts, including bid protest litigation in front of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
