Ross D'Entremont is a skilled litigator, currently representing clients in complex litigation cases. He has substantial experience in writing and oral advocacy, and he focuses on motions practice in state and federal courts. Ross's scholarship on civil procedure has been cited by federal and state courts across the country, as well as by practitioners and scholars.
Before joining Jones Day in 2024, Ross served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Thomas D. Schroeder of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, Judge Cory T. Wilson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Justice Jay L. Mitchell of the Alabama Supreme Court. Ross was also an adjunct professor of law at Birmingham School of Law, where he taught courses that focused on torts and evidence.
