Arnaud Esposito advises French and international companies and groups on issues relating to all aspects of employment law. He also represents clients in individual and collective disputes and assists them in the amicable resolution of disputes by negotiating settlements agreements.

Arnaud regularly handles matters arising from the recruitment of employees in France, the performance of employment contracts, and termination procedures either on personal or economic grounds. He assists companies with collective matters in connection with the organization of professional elections, the management of representative bodies, and collective bargaining with representative trade unions.
