Lily Grant advises clients on a range of private equity matters, with a particular focus on real estate private equity. She has acted on a range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and fund formations, in both domestic and cross-border contexts.

Lily has recently worked with clients such as Goldman Sachs, ARA Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, MARK Capital Management, Oxenwood Real Estate, and Henderson Park.
