Mike Ginsberg is a trial lawyer who represents policyholders in disputes with insurance companies regarding coverage for product and environmental liabilities, toxic torts, and bad faith. Mike's practice also involves the trial of toxic tort, environmental claims, construction, and commercial disputes. In addition he assists clients with the evaluation and management of asbestos liabilities.

Mike has litigated insurance coverage cases for Cardinal Health, Cooper, Eaton, Beazer, Cameron, Elliott Company, Joy, Lincoln Electric, McGraw-Edison, PCS, Penn Fuel Gas, Tyco, and Weir Group, among others. He has served as insurance counsel in a number of high-profile bankruptcy matters and frequently advises clients with regard to insurance issues in corporate transactions and captive insurance matters.

Mike is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) for whom he serves as a program director and teacher. He has traveled to Kenya on multiple occasions to teach trial skills to Kenyan lawyers in a program sponsored by Lawyers Without Borders, NITA, and Jones Day and has taught trial skills programs in Japan, Ireland, and Scotland. Mike is an Adjunct Professor at Emory Law School and serves as the Director of the Law School's Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques. Mike served for nine years as president of the board of the Pittsburgh Public Theater and currently serves on the board of the Jewish Healthcare Foundation (Chair of the Finance Committee).
