Olga Goncharska advises institutional clients on the structuring, documentation, collateralization, and regulatory issues relating to derivatives and structured products across a variety of asset classes. Olga also regularly advises clients on the hedging aspects of structured finance transactions (such as securitizations), working closely with other teams within the Financial Markets Practice of Jones Day.
Olga also has significant experience advising financial institutions on a wide range of regulatory issues regarding financial services law, including licensing requirements, distribution of financial products, asset management, contractual and compliance documentation, and prudential supervision involving regulatory capital matters.
In addition, she has experience with regulations that are applicable to central counterparties and clearing rules.
