Victor Godard focuses on project realization in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, particularly in the digital, energy, and water sectors.
Victor has experience in energy and infrastructure project finance as it relates to the deployment of information and communication technologies, renewable energy projects, production and distribution of drinkable water, transport infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, and natural resources. He also assists governments with legislative and regulatory reforms, privatization of public enterprises, and licensing procedures.
Victor regularly works with public entities and local or international private groups involved in infrastructure development in emerging countries. He also assists public and private operators on regulatory issues, litigation, M&A, and OHADA (Organization for the Harmonization of Corporate Law in Africa) law matters.
