Kevin Hasenfang counsels and represents a diverse range of individuals, companies, and municipalities involved in high-stakes disputes and government investigations.
Kevin's practice spans complex civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and white collar criminal defense. His experience includes fact development and investigation, offensive and defensive discovery, fact and expert witness preparation, depositions, briefing and motions practice, trial advocacy, and settlement negotiations. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, regularly supporting the Firm's Constitutional Policing & Civil Justice Reform Initiative and others in need.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kevin served as a sworn member of the Chicago Police Department. While assigned to various roles throughout the Bureau of Patrol, the Office of Constitutional Policing & Reform, and the Office of the Superintendent, he was routinely called upon to advise senior leaders on operational, policy, and change management issues.
