Gerardo Inzunza Higuera represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout various phases of litigation, from government investigations to multidistrict litigation. He is particularly experienced in defending companies involved in antitrust litigation or faced with antitrust investigations by state and federal agencies. Gerardo's experience includes representing specific regulated entities, including those in the pharmaceutical and banking sectors, as well as foreign financial institutions. His practice encompasses discovery and production, depositions, motions practice, and trials in the Northern District of California.
Gerardo maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting asylum seekers navigate the United States Immigration Court system and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proceedings. He also serves on the board of directors for the San Francisco LGBT Center, where he chairs the governance committee.
Gerardo is deeply engaged in the Firm's outreach initiatives and values-aligned sponsorships, leading the Firm's annual Pride Kick Off event — co-hosted with BALIF (Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, the nation's oldest and largest association of LGBT persons in the legal field), and Lambda Legal. In 2024, he served as a co-chair of the San Francisco Office's Associate Summer Program. Gerardo also participates in programs and organizations throughout the Bay Area that are focused on increasing representation of underrepresented communities in the legal profession.
