Eli Jones focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and government enforcement actions, particularly those related to investigations initiated by state attorneys general. His litigation work has spanned the entirety of the life of a lawsuit and includes experience in developing strategy, briefing complex issues, and negotiating settlements for clients. He also has assisted clients in investigations at the state and federal levels with issues ranging from ensuring internal compliance with regulations to responding to government subpoenas or investigative demands. Eli also has substantive experience in the discovery process, ranging from formulating fact review strategies to serving as both the first and second chair in depositions. His practice has involved high-quality service for clients spanning a range of sectors including technology, energy, finance, credit reporting, and construction.

Eli's heart for service extends beyond his work for clients to the wider Pittsburgh community at large. He serves as a coordinator for the Western District of Pennsylvania's Pro Se Pro Bono Mediation Program, which pairs pro se litigants with volunteer counsel. Eli also maintains an active pro bono practice, having dedicated time to assisting several incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals pursue settlements for vindication of their constitutional rights, as well as working with the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Task Force.
