Luis Jiménez-Díaz centra su práctica en el ámbito del derecho inmobiliario, contratos y gestión de proyectos, temas de planificación urbana y construcción en general, procedimientos administrativos y derecho fiscal. Luis posee amplia experiencia en la negociación con las autoridades gubernamentales españolas y en la contratación pública. Luis representa a clientes en el desarrollo de la planificación y reorganización urbana, contratos de construcción, preparación, redacción y tramitación de documentos, zonificación, calificación de terrenos y propiedades, así como rehabilitación, construcción y procesos de ampliación. Asimismo, proporciona asesoramiento a clientes en acuerdos internacionales y cuestiones medioambientales, y asesora contractualmente a promotores privados y fondos de inversión en grandes operaciones desde la fase inicial, el desarrollo y hasta la finalización del proyecto.

Luis ha asesorado a numerosos fondos internacionales y multinacionales en relación con el análisis de sus inversiones para la rehabilitación de edificios en España y nuevos proyectos de transformación urbana, incluyendo la obtención de todos los permisos requeridos ante la Administración Pública.

Luis ha sido profesor en el Instituto de Empresa y director del programa avanzado de Urbanismo, Construcción y Medioambiente. De octubre de 2002 a febrero de 2004, ocupó el cargo de director general del Comité de Gestión del Parque de Valdebebas, un proyecto de desarrollo residencial y comercial en Madrid. Asimismo, Luis es miembro del consejo académico de FIDE (Fundación para la Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Empresa).
