Tatiane Kelly is an astute and commercially driven real estate lawyer, with more than 10 years of experience delivering legally sound and practical outcomes to resolve client issues. Her advisory and transactional experience includes the full spectrum of real estate matters, acting for private investors, developers, and government agencies and departments.

Tatiane focuses on acquisitions and disposals of commercial, rural (including pastoral and Crown leases), and retail properties; due diligence covering energy and resources and major projects; flat land subdivisions and mixed-use developments; and negotiation of leases and agreements for lease. Tatiane is well-versed in stamp duty and understands other taxation and structuring matters related to real estate making her well-placed to assist clients in all stages of their transactions.

Tatiane has experience handling matters across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to her real estate work, she has negotiated contracts and advised on compliance matters in every state in Australia and in many countries within the Asia Pacific region.
