Hatziri Minaudier advises French and international clients in information technology matters, data protection compliance (including in relation to clinical trials and whistleblowing programs), e-commerce, and cybersecurity. Hatziri also has in-depth experience advising emerging companies in connection with the legal aspects of the roll-out of their online activities in France (either in-app or desktop environments).

She has acquired significant experience in information technology (IT) contracts negotiation and outsourcing projects, including DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements and other cybersecurity-related requirements applicable to the financial and banking sectors.

With an intellectual property (IP) legal background, Hatziri also assists clients in securing the IP rights within the framework of outsourcing and sourcing of IT global projects.
