Cyril Philibert's practice is concentrated on commercial litigation and arbitration. He assists French and international clients on all issues relating to post-acquisition disputes, business torts, construction and engineering projects, industrial risks, and product liability, within the context of prelitigation, litigation and arbitration proceedings, expert proceedings, and means of enforcement.

He is involved in litigation relating to corporate law (M&A transactions, post-sale or shareholder disputes), product liability, industrial risks, and complex commercial contracts. He is particularly involved in litigation relating to deceptive commercial practices in environmental matters (greenwashing).

Cyril is a member of the Association Droit & Procédure.
