Eryn Siesel represents clients in complex arbitration proceedings and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience encompasses several aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions practice, fact investigation, preparing for depositions and witness interviews, and general discovery matters. Eryn also has experience representing companies in government investigations and counseling clients during internal investigations.
Eryn maintains an active pro bono practice, counseling and representing low-income tenants facing eviction through Cleveland's Right to Counsel program. She also works with victims of human trafficking to obtain expungement of their criminal records. Eryn serves on the Associate Board for America SCORES Cleveland, an organization that improves fitness, literacy and communications skills of students.
