Sally Stitz has extensive experience advising on and managing complex disputes in Australia and London. She regularly acts for clients in significant and high-pressure situations, particularly in the financial services, corporate, and energy sectors.

Sally's recent large-scale disputes experience includes acting in multibillion dollar lawsuits of litigation regarding two of Queensland's major LNG (liquefied natural gas) projects. She has also managed a wide range of disputes in the energy sector relating to joint venture arrangements, sale and purchase agreements, offtake arrangements, operations, and audits.

Sally has acted for leading investment and retail banks, and insolvency practitioners, in an array of litigious and contentious regulatory matters. Those matters include the Bank Charges Test Case and investigation in London and disputes arising out from the corporate collapses of the Parmalat Group, the Lehman Brothers Group, and the Octaviar (formerly MFS) Group. Sally acted in a range of insolvency matters during the global financial crisis.

Sally also maintains a general commercial disputes practice, regularly advising clients on post- transaction issues, professional services issues, privilege, injunctions, and restraints of trade.
