Zac Sharpe has extensive experience in complex, international commercial disputes. His practice covers corporate, joint ventures, energy, resources, engineering and construction, licensing, and technology disputes.

Ziton is headquartered in Denmark and indirectly owns and operates a fleet of jack-up vessels designed for servicing large offshore wind turbines, and it offers turnkey services that cover aspects like repairing and replacing blades and the decommissioning of turbine components.
