John Henry Thompson, a former U.S. Supreme Court clerk, focuses on appellate advocacy, complex civil litigation, and regulatory issues. He has argued appeals and dispositive motions in multiple federal circuits and in district court and has drafted briefs for every level of the judiciary.
Prior to joining Jones Day, John Henry also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and D.C. Circuits and as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice.
