Katie Thrapp practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation and has worked on more than 50 transactions. She advises clients on the compensation and benefits aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers. In addition, Katie has experience counseling public and private companies with respect to the design, drafting, and operation of equity and incentive compensation programs, employment agreements, retention agreements, separation agreements, and other executive compensation arrangements. Katie also comments on proxy and other securities-related disclosures for public company clients.

Katie is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and The Chicago Bar Association.
