Aaron Agenbroad among Daily Journal's "Top Labor & Employment Lawyers" for fourth straight year

For the fourth consecutive year, partner Aaron Agenbroad has been named to the Daily Journal's list of "Top Labor & Employment Lawyers," a list that recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions in labor and employment law.

Mr. Agenbroad focuses his practice on employment litigation and strategic labor advice. In addition to serving as Partner-in-Charge of the San Francisco Office, in which role he manages the operations of an office of approximately 65 lawyers, he remains a go-to lead lawyer for clients, guiding them through their most significant challenges across both employment litigation and traditional labor matters. Recent client successes include: negotiations with a hospital's nursing union in connection with the parties' 2022 collective bargaining agreement covering 5,000 nurses; serving as the principal outside counsel for a publishing company and almost a dozen of its subsidiary newspapers with their most important traditional labor issues, including serving as lead negotiator for more than a half-dozen initial collective bargaining agreements; and advising a leading technology company on a multiple labor matters alleging joint employer status, including a four day litigated NLRB representation hearing and success in securing the dismissal or withdrawal of multiple ULP charges.

A Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Mr. Agenbroad is also recognized as a "recommended attorney" by Legal 500 United States, as a BTI Client Service All-Star, among The Best Lawyers in America™ for "employment law: management," and among Lawdragon's "Leading Corporate Employment Lawyers."
