Jones Day represented the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in construction litigation involving numerous claims totaling in excess of $120 million that were resolved through a successful mediation in April 2008. Contractor’s claims included claims for defective specifications, differing site conditions, loss of productivity, extra work, constructive changes, constructive acceleration, and breach of contract.
