Jones Day represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Qimonda North America Corporation and Qimonda Richmond LLC. The companies are subsidiaries of Qimonda AG (Munich, Germany) and are part of an international memory chip company that designs, develops, manufactures, markets and sells memory products. The debtors have facilities in North Carolina, Virginia, California and Texas.
