Riverside acquires Junior Library Guild

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Junior Library Guild, a literary review and selection service for children and young-adult books. The financing consisted of a secured credit facility, including a term loan facility, revolving loan facility with swingline and letter of credit sublimits, and a subordinated debt placement.
