Jones Day advised Textron, Inc. on the China-relevant aspects of the transaction. During the initial phase of the transaction, Jones Day provided legal due diligence support for Textron, Inc. regarding China-related issues. Following due diligence, Jones Day drafted the transactional documents for and coordinated the transfer of all China-related assets from seller to acquiror.
