Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company Media Source of Library Journal, School Library Journal, and Library Hotline publications from Reed Business Information-US, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier NV and a leading business-to-business information provider of publications and web sites. In connection with this transaction, Jones Day also advised Library Journal with respect to amendments to its senior and subordinated credit facilities.
