Jones Day represents a leading French manufacturer of glass inspection devices in a series of patent infringement actions in Germany against a Netherlands-based Plaintiff. The subject matter is a technology for hot-end hollow glass inspection devices. Patentee had seized a machine that was exhibited at a trade fair in Düsseldorf. We succeeded in having the machine released within two days, and successfully claimed damages from Patentee.
