Jones Day successfully represented a disabled veteran before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in response to an adverse decision regarding the effective date of disability entitlement by the Board of Veterans Appeals. Post briefing, the Government agreed to voluntarily remand the matter to the Board for further consideration.
