Client(s) Milenio Solar Desarrollo de Proyectos, S.L.U.

Jones Day provided competition law advice to Milenio Solar Desarrollo de Proyectos, S.L.U. with regard to the creation of a joint venture between Solar Millennium AG, OHL and RREEF (asset management of Deutsche Bank) to manage a thermosolar plant in Spain. The transaction was notified to the European Commission, which granted clearance in Phase 1.
