Riverside acquires EthicsPoint

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of EthicsPoint, Inc., a provider of enterprise risk awareness solutions. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit and a term loan facility, and an unsecured subordinated note.
