Jones Day acted on behalf of Macquarie Bank Limited, London Branch in relation to a credit facility made available to a special purpose vehicle established by a GreenOak Real Estate-led consortium in connection with the £50 million (US$78.8 million) acquisition of part of The Royal London Hospital Estate from Barts and London Charity Trustee.
