Jones Day advised funds managed by WL Ross & Co. LLC on their acquisition of 16,077,597 new Ordinary Shares of NBNK Investments PLC at a price of 39 pence per share. Following completion of a concurrent tender offer by NBNK for its shares, the funds now own 29.9% of NBNK.
