Jones Day advised LondonMetric Property Plc in connection with its sale of 11 distribution assets to a joint venture between Prologis Europe and Norges Bank Investment Management. Of the 11 distribution assets, 10 were held in a 50% joint venture with Green Park Investments and the former Focus Distribution Center at Tamworth which was wholly owned by LondonMetric and one was wholly owned by LondonMetric Property Plc.
