Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Corporate Training Technologies, LLC (d/b/a BankersEdge), a provider of online training and compliance management services and technology for banking, credit union, and mortgage professionals. The financing consisted of a term loan provided by US Bank.
